Janice established Creely Fleming & Co in 1996 together with her husband John Fleming FCPA AITI. The Ballymount-based firm provides a broad range of accounting services to the business community. Over the years, the firm has specialised in providing management support services to small firms incorporating in-house book keeping, payroll and management accounting in addition to the traditional service of annual accounting, auditing and taxation. Janice and John are committed to providing a professional and personal service to their client base.
Janice has over 30 years experience in accounting practice with a strong emphasis on auditing, taxation and management accounting. Having completed the AITI examinations, she is now a registered tax consultant with the Irish Taxation Institute. Janice also completed a Diploma (Hons) in Communication Skills in 2005 at U.C.D.
In recent years, Janice has taken on the role of developing the book keeping and payroll service the firm offers to clients, including the provision of management accounting. Both she and John have extensive experience acting as financial/management accountant for a number of businesses; industrial companies, solicitors, chartered surveyor, nursing home, golf clubs, printing firm, construction and retail sectors and companies in the ‘not for profit’ sector.
